Because Alameda Hospital members stuck together in UHW-SEIU, they won:


  • Pay increases of 18 percent, including a retroactive increase of three percent
  • Increased shift differential pay
  • Premium pay for LVNs and central supply techs with certification
  • Cancellation and call-off system based on seniority
  • Fully paid medical benefits for employees
  • Increases to the retirement and pension rate



In these tough economic times, we need to stay strong and united in UHW-SEIU.
