The raises negotiated in our SEIU-UHW contract are coming at the end of July.
Our raises are between 3% and 9.25%, depending on where each of us is on the pay scale. SEIU-UHW members negotiated these raises into our contract. It was voted on and approved by members in 2007. Our raises have nothing to do with any outside pressure or groups. It's something that SEIU-UHW members negotiated into our current union contract.
