Unity and Member Action Delivers Contract with Wage Increases, Job Security and Health Care Protections
Throughout our negotiations, Sutter Roseville workers stood strong and united on a list of priorities for our contract. Thursday, November 12th, our SEIU-UHW Bargaining Team completed tough negotiations with management that delivered on those goals.

Across the Board Wage Increases
- 16.39% over three years with a 7.87% increase in the first year. Because of recruitment and retention issues, 16-30% over three years with 7-20% increase in the first year for Diagnostic Imaging and Respiratory.
Job Security
- Sub-Contracting protections that stops Sutter management's attempt to transfer staff to other Sutter entities.
NO Cuts in Healthcare
- Protects affordable family healthcare, including free HMO.
