What a night! SEIU-UHW members from the Healthy South LA project were at St. John’s Well Child & Family Center last night helping to throw a holiday bash that included a toy giveaway for the children of St John’s patients, dinner, dancing, and a visit from Santa himself. We celebrated the great work SEIU-UHW members have done alongside St. John’s patients and staff fighting health disparities in South LA in 2011—-and we looked ahead to even bigger things in 2012. Here in South LA, we’re on the ground floor of Let’s Get Healthy California!
