As SEIU-UHW members, we’re tackling the healthcare staffing crisis by making tuition-free education available to our friends, family, and community members through Futuro Health.
- 10,025 – Number of Futuro Health Scholars who pursued a personalized education journey to earn an in-demand healthcare credential and qualifications since our 2020 launch
- 15,799 – Number of individuals served by all of Futuro Health’s training opportunities since our 2020 launch
- 73% – Graduates who report that they are employed in (or their employment is related to) their field of study
Futuro Health partners with accredited schools to cover tuition costs for in-demand allied healthcare careers, helping to remove financial barriers and create stable, union-supported career paths.
