From January 2019-July 2021, there were 3,522 violent incidents reported at Dignity Health facilities — at least one violent incident nearly every day for the past two and a half years. But Dignity Health and CommonSpirit management still aren’t listening to healthcare workers asking for better staffing and security in our hospitals.
Caregivers of SEIU-UHW, the healthcare workers’ union, are demanding immediate staffing solutions to protect us and our patients. And Dignity Health security officers want to join us in SEIU-UHW to win the same protections.
