My coworkers should vote for me to lead on the Executive Board because they know that I am a very strong and good leader. I’m trustworthy and always deliver on many difficult and challenging situations – and win. My organizational competence is great. After every Executive Board meeting I deliver very comprehensive messages in detail that are very meaningful and life-changing. I cover issues concerning job stability, what our Union stands for, and other issues that help to move them forward. Healthcare Justice matters to me and the community I live with. As a healthcare worker I see many patients that don’t have medical insurance and cannot get the care needed. We see so much: the ACA is in jeopardy, the preconditions problem before you can get health insurance, Dialysis patients suffering and dying unnecessarily, and dialysis workers overworked and paid less. These are just some of the problems facing us and healthcare. I will always fight for healthcare justice.
