My name is Roxanne (Roxy) Preciado, I am proud to announce my candidacy for Executive Board for Kaiser Baldwin Park POD3. I’m a dedicated employee of Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park for over 12 years. I’m a currently a member of the Labor Management Partnership (LMP) and Attendance Committee’s. I am seeking this position because as a current bargaining member, we made history by winning the best contract in health care history!  That included guaranteed raises, higher hourly wages and fixing the short staffing crisis.  I proudly represented my union as media spokesperson during our October strike. Walked the strike line with my fellow Union brother’s and sisters from St. Francis Hospital and Cedars- Sinai’s.  I’m a Chief Steward for Baldwin Park and fight for employee’s rights. When elected I will ensure that management up holds the contract, follows the CBA and is fair to all employees.  I will fight for remote and hybrid work schedules to continue to be an option for our members. With your support, I strive to make Baldwin Park a great place to work again and be a voice for the voiceless.
