CALIFORNIA CENTRAL COAST – SEIU-United Healthcare Workers West (SEIU-UHW) and Planned Parenthood California Central Coast (PPCCC) have reached a tentative agreement that both supports the clinical staff of the organization as well as positions the organization to face the challenges ahead. As we’ve moved through the bargaining process, both sides have been invested in supporting the staff and treating them with dignity and respect. This tentative agreement builds on PPCCC’s culture of care and compassion and will enable the organization to continue to deliver excellent, high-quality care for some of California’s most vulnerable patients. SEIU-UHW and PPCCC are hopeful the represented employees will vote to ratify the contract in the coming weeks.
