Because we were willing to stand up and fight for ourselves and our patients, we were able to secure a strong contract protecting healthcare workers, our families, and our patients at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Today, we voted overwhelmingly to approve our new 3-year contract that:

• Average raises of 17.46% at the end of three years, with many getting significantly more and nobody getting less than 11.2%.
• Nobody will make less than $21/hour by end of the contract.
• $500 ratification bonus
• Improved safety measures including access to proper PPE, testing and notification of exposures.
• Protected healthcare benefits.
