Conceding to our pressure, City of Hope Clinics backed down and accepted our last offer

Vote Yes on Sept. 12 to Lock-In all we’ve won in bargaining including:

Wage Increases:

    • Exceeds: 5.5% 5.5% 5.25%
    • Meets: 5% 5% 4.75%
    • $500 Bonus for employees who perform infusion scheduler duties
    • Creation of Infusion scheduler position and creation of float pool


But that’s not all! Consider contributing to COPE, our political arm that fights for worker’s rights in the governement.
Unlike other hospitals, City of Hope does not allow us to contribute directly to COPE like we pay our dues. They do this because they know how much power we can build through politics. If you’re not already contributing, watch the video below to learn more:


Your Bargaining Team Recommends a “NO” Vote

Management’s proposal falls well short of our demands and we know that we deserve better. That’s why our bargaining team is recommending a “NO” vote on our tentative agreement.
