WHY WE MAY BE FORCED TO STRIKE

Patient Alert From Frontline Kaiser Healthcare Workers

Our first choice is to be with you and your loved ones, doing what we do best. Still, Kaiser’s refusal to prioritize your care and the well-being of its healthcare workers is forcing us to sound the alarm and potentially go on strike to protest our employer’s unfair labor practices and its failure to address the understaffing and crisis in patient care in our facilities.

Kaiser Permanente has reported $23 billion in profit in the last five years – including more than $3.2 billion so far in 2023!

We are calling on Kaiser to invest in its workforce by raising pay to combat staffing shortages and doing what it takes to attract and retain the healthcare workers who provide quality patient care.

We are asking for your support. Like and share the following posts if you’re a concerned patient who wants Kaiser to step up for patients and healthcare workers! 💙
