To staff up for the high volume of patients Kaiser Southern California is currently experiencing, Kaiser and SEIU-UHW have worked together to offer shift incentives for the following classifications:

• LVNs and MAs
• Internal Medicine/Pediatrics/Family Medicine LVNs and MAs
• ED and UAC Classifications
• RTs
• MRI Techs
• CT Techs

The shift incentives for additional shifts taken in the month of February 2023 are as follows:

• $100 per 4 hour shift
• $200 per 8 hour shift
• $250 per 10 hour shift
• $300 per 12 hour shift
