After years of working through the pandemic, months of bargaining, and two strikes, we have finally secured the contract we have been fighting for at Prime Centinela Hospital. This historic new agreement begins to address the staffing crisis by making real investments in fair pay and patient care:

  • 12% raises over the life of the contract (4%, 4%, 4% each year) for all full time and part time employees who did not receive at least 9% on January 1, 2023* 
  • Ratification bonus: $300 for full time $150 for part time 
  • Protected Free Family Medical 
  • Continued investment in Education Fund 

*Cost of living increase for those who are currently at min wage
