After years of working through the pandemic, months of bargaining, and two strikes, we have finally secured the contract we have been fighting for at Prime Encino Hospital. This historic new agreement begins to address the staffing crisis by making real investments in fair pay and patient care:
- 13% raises over the life of the contract (5%, 5%, 3% each year) for all full time and part time employees
- $.50 increase in shift differentials
- Protected Free Family Medical
- Continued investment in Education Fund
