Black Minds Matter

Join us for ‘Black Minds Matter,’ a virtual exploration of mental health in the Black community. In this session, we’ll address the unique traumas and emotional health challenges stemming from generational history and cultural memory. Together, we’ll workshop strategies to tackle these issues while centering Black joy. Discover tools to deal with trauma and harm, and learn how to embrace Black joy as a form of resilience and healing.
