Improving Hospitals for Workers & Patients

Improving Hospitals for Workers & Patients

As members of SEIU-UHW, we are frontline caregivers united across hundreds of California hospitals and clinics. We are respiratory care practitioners, nursing assistants, laboratory techs, dietary and environmental services staff, and more.

We work at non-profit hospitals including Dignity and Sutter Healthcare, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Stanford Hospital; at large for-profit healthcare chains like Tenet, HCA, and Prime Healthcare; and at public hospitals including El Camino Hospital and Alameda Hospital.

We are united across our hospitals and clinics in our fight to meet our patients' needs, secure good middle-class jobs in our communities, and ensure quality, affordable healthcare for all our patients, regardless of where they live or what they look like.

This is our fight for Healthcare Justice, and we need everyone to get involved.
