The stress of this pandemic is taking a toll on all of us. We’re launching The Resilience Toolkit to help all of us increase our capacity to meet and recover from stress during this difficult time. Led by healing and wellness expert Nkem Ndefo, RN, MSN, CNM, the Resilience Toolkit combines video and live sessions to help us identify the symptoms of stress and give us the skills to better face stress and grow our resilience.
